Donation Policy

Authenticity:
- When purchasing items, you must provide us with your true, accurate, current and complete information needed for the transaction. AsgardRO has the right to cancel any transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that any information given is untrue, inaccurate, not current and incomplete.
Information Security:
- Rest assured that all information provided for each transaction will be kept confidential.
Refunds:
- All purchased items or donations made and benefits received and non-refundable.
Lost Purchased/Donation Items:
- Please be aware that AsgardRO Staffs will not be held liable if any funds or items is to be lost due to any reason (hacking/scamming).

Using Streamer Codes

When you include a streamer code in your donation form, the corresponding streamer will receive a 5% Proof of Donation equivalent of the amount that you donated for.
E.g. If you donate 5,000 PHP, you'll get 5,000 Donate Points and the streamer will get 250 Donate Points.
Streamer codes will only be recognized if they are included in the donation form that was sent upon donating.
